MyDues is a personal bills and subscriptions tracker. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: your data is yours, it exists to power your reminders and reports, we don't run ads, we don't use third-party analytics, and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google (or Apple, when available), we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from the sign-in provider via Firebase Authentication. We use it to identify your account — nothing else.
• The content you enter. Your properties, bills, subscriptions, amounts, currencies, due dates, categories, reminder settings, and payment history. This is the product; it is stored in a database partition accessible only to your account.
• Notification tokens. A device push token so we can deliver the reminders you configure, and a small delivery log so we don't send the same reminder twice.

We do not collect your location, contacts, browsing activity, or advertising identifiers. MyDues contains no advertising and no third-party analytics SDKs.

AI bill capture

When you photograph a bill (or type a quick description), the image or text is sent to Google's Gemini model through Firebase AI Logic to extract a draft — name, amount, due day, frequency, currency. You review and confirm every draft before anything is saved; nothing is stored without your approval. MyDues does not keep your bill photos — only the fields you confirm. Under Google Cloud's terms, data processed this way is not used to train Google's models.

Where your data lives

Your data is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) in the United States (us-central1), encrypted in transit and at rest. Google Cloud acts as our processor; no other third party receives your data.

How we use it

To provide the app's features: due-date tracking, reminders and push notifications you set up, summaries, and reports. That's the complete list. We may email you at your account address about important service or policy changes — never marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with anyone except Google Cloud as the infrastructure provider, or if the law requires it.

Your rights

• Export. Take your data anytime: in the app, open the ⋯ menu → Export data for a complete JSON export.
• Deletion. Delete your account and all associated data directly in the app: ⋯ menu → Settings → Delete account. Prefer email? Write to admin@thamma.ai from your account address and we'll do it for you.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access or correction) — contact us and we'll honor them.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When your account is deleted, your data is deleted with it.

Children

MyDues is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in the app or by email before it takes effect.
