Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Thamma AI ("we") covering your use of the MyDues app and website (the "service"). By using MyDues, you agree to them.
The service
MyDues helps you track household bills and subscriptions across your properties and reminds you before due dates. It is currently free for personal use. We may introduce optional paid features in the future; if we do, we'll say so clearly before you're charged anything.
Your account
You sign in with a supported provider (Google, or Apple when available) and are responsible for keeping access to your own device and sign-in account secure. You must be at least 13 to use MyDues.
Reminders are best-effort
MyDues is an organizer, not a payment service — it never moves money. Notification delivery depends on your device settings, connectivity, and platform services we don't control, so reminders are provided on a best-effort basis. You remain responsible for actually paying your bills and for any late fees, interest, or penalties, even if a reminder is delayed, blocked, or missed.
AI features
Bill capture uses AI to propose a draft from your photo or text. Drafts can be wrong — that's why the app always asks you to review and confirm before saving. You're responsible for checking that saved amounts and dates match the real bill. MyDues does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
Your content
The data you enter stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it solely to run the service for you — see the Privacy Policy for details. You can export your data from the app at any time.
Acceptable use
Use MyDues lawfully and personally. Don't attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other people's data.
Disclaimer
MyDues is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thamma AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for late fees, penalties, or losses arising from missed or delayed reminders. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US $50 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using MyDues and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service (or your access to it) for abuse of these terms, or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update the effective date above and note the change in the app or by email before it takes effect.
