How do reminders work?
Each bill has its own reminder (for example, 3 days before the due date). The app schedules a notification on your device, and our server sends a push as a backstop — including when a bill goes overdue. If reminders aren't arriving, check that notifications are allowed for MyDues in your phone's Settings.
How does snap-to-add work?
Tap the camera button and photograph a bill (or choose a photo, or just type something like "electricity 2400 every month on the 12th"). AI reads it and proposes a draft — name, amount, due day, frequency, currency. You review the draft and can change anything before saving. Nothing is saved until you confirm, and your photo is never stored.
Why doesn't MyDues add my currencies together?
By design. If you have properties in different countries, each currency's bills are tracked and totaled separately — ₹ stays ₹ and $ stays $. A converted total would silently drift with exchange rates, so we never blend currencies into one number.
Which currencies are supported?
US Dollar, Indian Rupee, Euro, UAE Dirham, and British Pound. Each property has a default currency, and any bill can override it.
What billing frequencies can I track?
Monthly, quarterly, every 6 months, and yearly — plus custom every-N-month cycles, with control over which months a quarterly or semiannual cycle lands on.
How do I export my data?
In the app, open the ⋯ menu and choose Export data. You'll get a complete JSON file of your properties, bills, and payment history via the share sheet.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open the ⋯ menu, choose Settings, then Delete account and type DELETE to confirm. It permanently removes your account and all data — consider Export data first if you want a copy. You can also email admin@thamma.ai from your sign-in address and we'll do it for you.
